Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, impact measurement, or M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation).
• Strong understanding of social impact concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences in a remote setting.

• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various program sources.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Remote Impact Analyst to join their mission-driven team. This position is critical for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and reach of our client's various charitable programs. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to demonstrate the social impact of our work, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Working entirely remotely, you will collaborate with program managers and leadership to refine measurement strategies and communicate impact effectively to stakeholders. This role requires a strong quantitative background and a commitment to showcasing the tangible benefits of our client's efforts in the Eastern Cape and beyond.
