Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote Facilities Hygiene Compliance Auditor to remotely assess and ensure adherence to hygiene standards across diverse facilities. The role involves evaluating cleaning protocols, virtual inspections, and reporting findings with actionable recommendations from a distance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in auditing or hygiene management, strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years auditing, quality control, or hygiene management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Proven ability to assess compliance against standards.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement remote audit programs and checklists.
• Review inspection reports, photos, and client feedback.
• Conduct virtual site assessments using documentation and tools.
• Identify non-compliance and propose improvements.
• Provide clear feedback to site management and teams.
• Ensure audits align with best practices and regulations.
• Maintain records of findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and track progress.
• Stay updated on evolving hygiene standards.
