Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR with a strong focus on talent management and acquisition.
• Proven experience implementing performance management and employee development programs.
• Excellent understanding of talent acquisition best practices and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for remote workforce challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities
