Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role, preferably within a multi-unit or corporate hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful F&B strategies that have demonstrably increased revenue and profitability.
• Strong understanding of culinary arts, beverage programs, mixology, and restaurant operations.
• Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate remote teams.
• Proficiency in using F&B management software, POS systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and drive results in a remote work setting.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
