Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring primary education teachers as contractors to author and grade elementary classroom scenarios used to test frontier AI model judgments. You will draft scenarios from planning through assessment and provide reference answers with developmental reasoning.

Work is fully remote and asynchronous with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Rates range from $35 to $65 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Teaching license or certification with a primary education endorsement
• 2+ years of teaching at the primary level
• Depth in early literacy and numeracy instruction
• Clear written English for documenting pedagogical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Author realistic primary classroom scenarios from planning through assessment
• Write reference answers with the developmental reasoning behind each choice
• Grade model output for age appropriateness and instructional accuracy
• Flag activities that look engaging but teach nothing
