Alignerr seeks an Electrical Engineering Expert to help train and evaluate AI models across circuits, power systems, and signal processing. This remote hourly contract emphasizes rigorous testing and high-quality explanations.

You will author benchmark solutions, audit AI outputs, and provide feedback to improve model reasoning. No AI prior experience required, with flexible scheduling and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, signal processing, or power electronics.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing.
• High attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and engineering documentation.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, and signal processing to test AI reasoning.
• Author gold-standard solutions with step-by-step technical explanations that serve as benchmarks for AI learning.
• Audit AI outputs, reviewing circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and explanations for accuracy and safety.
• Identify and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance on engineering tasks.
• Work asynchronously with full schedule flexibility.
