Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in early childhood settings or advisory roles.
• Experience providing strategic advice remotely.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills for virtual engagements.
• Strong research capabilities and knowledge of current trends in early childhood education.
• Experience with online collaboration tools and remote consultation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on early childhood development principles and practices to educators and administrators.
• Advise on curriculum development, program design, and implementation strategies for early learning environments.
• Develop and deliver virtual training sessions and workshops for childcare staff.
