Qualifications

• Full professional registration as a psychologist, psychotherapist, or social worker with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven ability in short-term counselling.
• Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face, telephone, or video counselling.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
