Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Driver Coordinator to manage delivery personnel from a home-based setting. You will oversee a team of drivers, plan routes, manage schedules, and be the primary contact for operational queries.

You will monitor fleet activities with real-time tracking software, troubleshoot issues, and keep accurate records. This role rewards proactive problem-solving and strong interpersonal communication in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in driver coordination, dispatch, or logistics management.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and remote communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily routes for a team of drivers, ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.

• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, providing support, addressing concerns, and disseminating important information.
