Job summary

LifeLinks, a division of Compensation Advisory Services Ltd, seeks a Facilitator in Christchurch to work with tāngata whaikaha and whānau, understanding needs, goals, and coordinating disability supports. You will gather information, communicate clearly, and help connect people with services and options.

The role is people-focused, requires good judgement and empathy, and offers a flexible remote work setup with ongoing support and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, health, education, social services, administration, customer service, or community work may be helpful, but is not essential.
• Hold a full New Zealand driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Build respectful relationships with tāngata whaikaha, whānau, providers, and community organisations.
• Talk with people to gather information about what matters to them.
• Support people to identify goals and options and coordinate supports.
• Connect people with services and community options.
• Use computer systems and online platforms confidently and document information clearly.
• Maintain clear and accurate records and manage workload independently.
