Placements24 is seeking a talented DeFi Developer to join our fully remote team to design, develop, and deploy secure DeFi applications on the blockchain. You will work on smart contracts and protocols powering innovative financial services, with focus on security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DeFi Developer or in smart contract development focusing on finance.
• Proficiency in Solidity and experience with major EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC).
• Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, mechanisms, and tokenomics.
• Experience with security best practices for smart contracts and familiarity with common exploits.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts for DeFi protocols (e.g., AMMs, lending protocols, yield farming).
• Integrate DeFi applications with various blockchain networks and wallets.
• Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments of smart contracts and protocols.
• Optimize smart contract performance and gas efficiency for cost-effective operation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and security challenges within the DeFi space.
