Job summary

VA Professionals Global LLC seeks a remote freelance Data Entry and Admin Specialist to support our client in New Zealand. You will handle data entry of orders, manage emails, and assist with AP/AR and reconciliation using MYOB and the in-house 3PO CRM system.

Responsibilities include processing consignment and customer orders, matching POs to sales orders, creating orders in MYOB, and maintaining accurate financial records with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with MYOB, 3PO System and CRM for order processing.
• Proven data entry and administrative support skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for consignment and customer orders in the in-house system.
• Process purchase orders and match sales orders.
• Create orders in MYOB and respond to supplier/customer emails.
• Handle accounts payable and reconcile statements.
• Manage accounts receivable and communicate with customers when needed.
