Mercor is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker & Risk Advisor to work remotely on a contract basis. The role requires 2+ years in commercial insurance brokerage and strong client communications. You will prepare coverage options, renewals, and client-ready analyses while differentiating broker advisory duties from carrier responsibilities.

Hourly compensation is $80, with a commitment of 20–40 hours per week. Prior CPCU/CIC/CRM/ARM or similar designations are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience in commercial insurance brokerage, risk advisory, or account management.
• Experience with commercial clients from small business to national accounts.
• Understanding of submissions, quotes, binders, renewals, and broker-client communications.
• Ability to distinguish advisor obligations from underwriting and claims responsibilities.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.

• Design scenarios involving exposure identification, coverage recommendations, submissions, placement, renewals, and client servicing.
• Create coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, and client recommendations.
• Write reference responses at broker and risk-advisor quality.
• Grade AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, and practicality.
• Provide written feedback to support model improvements.
