Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of strata legislation and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of insurance portfolios, including renewals and placements.
• Provide specialist advice on insurance coverage and risk exposures.
• Prepare renewal submissions, insurer negotiations, and client recommendations.
• Support clients through the claims process.
• Build strong relationships with strata managers, owners corporations, and insurers.
