Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or science field required.
• Knowledgeable about Clinical Monitoring practices and procedures for internal/external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites per protocol.
• Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, facilities and staff.
• Verify data against case report forms and ensure good documentation and protocol adherence.
• Ensure investigator enrolls only eligible subjects.
• Perform regulatory document review.
• Accountability and inventory of investigational product.
• Assess patient recruitment/retention performance and suggest improvements.
• Complete monitoring reports and follow-up communications with key findings.
