MSD in Auckland, New Zealand is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a permanent, full-time role. You will manage assigned sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and support end-to-end trial activities across the country.

Reporting to the CRA Manager, you will build strong site relationships, conduct monitoring visits, and contribute to audit-readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires travel and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct site management in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Good documentation and data handling skills.
• Fluent in English and local language; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary site contact and site manager for allocated sites.
• Develop strong site relationships across all trial phases.
• Monitor activities in compliance with ICH-GCP and protocol requirements.
• Prepare visit and regulatory documentation clearly and timely.
• Collaborate with sponsor functions for site readiness and validation.
• Contribute to site selection and growth initiatives.
