Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Clinical Data Manager to lead end-to-end data management for trials. You will design and implement data management plans, develop EDC databases, and oversee data cleaning to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have 5+ years in clinical data management, strong analytical skills, and experience with Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC, and Oracle InForm. This fully remote role supports global operations from New Zealand with flexible working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management.
• Proficiency with multiple EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC, Oracle InForm).
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and CDISC data standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CDMPs for assigned clinical trials.
• Design EDC databases with data validation specs and edit checks.
• Oversee data cleaning: queries, reconciliation, resolution.
• Ensure data quality and integrity per GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers for data readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships with EDC providers and data services.
• Train site personnel and internal team on data management processes.
