Onward Evolution is seeking experienced professionals to join a remote, mentorship-rich program that blends digital marketing, enquiry generation and leadership development. You'll work with people-facing activities, build relationships with prospective clients by phone, Zoom and email, and contribute to marketing campaigns using AI-enabled tools.

This flexible role supports your existing commitments, offers structured training and ongoing coaching from industry leaders, and rewards

Qualifications

• Experience in management, sales, marketing, consulting or related corporate field.
• Ability to take initiative and stay accountable.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong listening and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Learn and collaborate. Join live training sessions, development activities and team discussions to strengthen your knowledge.
• Develop your marketing. Create digital campaigns and social content using established systems and AI tools to build visibility and attract enquiries.
• Build business relationships. Reach prospective clients by phone, Zoom and email and nurture enquiries through follow-up.
• Assess alignment. Conduct structured conversations to explore clients’ goals and product fit.
• Mentor and support. Guide new colleagues through onboarding and develop their skills.
• Manage your activities. Maintain CRM records, organize communications and admin, and apply business development strategies.
