Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to lead the development and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows across nationwide projects in New Zealand. You will coordinate multidisciplinary models, run clash detections, and drive remote collaboration to ensure accurate, efficient digital delivery.

You will also train project teams on BIM software and best practices while managing the BIM execution plan from a distributed, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as BIM Coordinator/Manager on construction projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Solibri).
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Requirements
