Placements24's client seeks an experienced Remote Architectural Consultant to provide expert advice on a contractual basis. This fully remote role enables professionals nationwide to contribute without needing to be based in Queenstown or any specific location.

You will engage with diverse project teams, offering knowledge in sustainability, building performance, and complex detailing, working virtually with video conferences and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of diverse architectural project experience.
• Expertise in sustainability, façade engineering, or digital construction.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert architectural consultation on project design and technical challenges.
• Review project documentation for compliance with design intent and performance standards.
• Collaborate with remote project teams through video conferencing and digital collaboration tools.
• Develop and present recommendations on materials, construction methods, and sustainability strategies.
