Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an AI Research Fellow to join a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will conduct groundbreaking research in nascent AI areas, develop novel algorithms, and push the frontiers of artificial intelligence from anywhere.

A PhD and strong publication record are required along with a passion for discovery. You will publish in top venues, collaborate across disciplines, and have the opportunity to define future AI directions with a generous research grant budget and

Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with strong publication record.
Proven ability to conduct independent, high-impact research.
Proficiency in Python and C++, and DL frameworks.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct fundamental and applied research in AGI, deep reinforcement learning, or novel neural architectures.
Develop and prototype innovative AI algorithms and theoretical frameworks.
Publish research findings in top-tier academic venues and contribute to patents.
Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to explore the implications and applications of new AI discoveries.
Present research progress and findings internally and at international conferences.
Explore potential commercial applications of research breakthroughs.
