Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Computer Engineering - AI Data Trainer to design and evaluate complex hardware challenges and provide rigorous ground-truth solutions—including assembly, HDL snippets, and architectural diagrams—for AI training.

You will audit AI-generated C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, and OS code for correctness and efficiency, identify race conditions and memory issues, and give structured feedback to improve model reasoning. This is a remote hourly contract with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science with hardware focus, or related field.
• Domain knowledge in computer architecture, embedded systems, digital logic, or operating systems.
• Ability to communicate highly technical hardware concepts clearly in writing.
• High precision in bit-level operations, timing analysis, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced computer engineering challenges (RISC-V/ARM, FPGA, memory management).
• Create rigorous ground-truth solutions with code, HDL snippets, and diagrams.
• Audit AI-generated code and system designs for technical accuracy and standards adherence.
• Identify and explain logical issues in AI reasoning to improve model performance.
