Job summary

Community Care Trust Aotearoa in Invercargill | Waihōpai is seeking a Permanent Reliever Support Worker to join our Independent Living team. This part-time role covers 48 hours per fortnight across three 8-hour shifts, with days to be confirmed.

You’ll help people get out and about, build relationships, grow natural supports, and support independence in the community. A NZ Driver Licence and First Aid are essential, with vetting and visa requirements as applicable.

Qualifications

• A caring, positive and respectful approach.

• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility, reliability and initiative.
• Full New Zealand driver licence (essential).
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to complete one.
• Legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand.
• Valid work visa with at least 12 months remaining (if applicable).
