Responsibilities

• Lead long‑term infrastructure and capacity planning initiatives to support site growth and improve efficiency.
• Identify and remove production, infrastructure and utility constraints impacting throughput and future growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the maintenance and site services team with a safety‑first mindset.
• Deliver Maintenance & Reliability Plan, improve asset availability and operational performance.
• Drive planned maintenance compliance and reduce unplanned downtime using reliability data.
• Manage site infrastructure, utilities and wastewater systems to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Lead contractor management to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop and lead site capital investment programmes from business case to commissioning.
• Provide engineering leadership across automation, SCADA and MES manufacturing systems.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory strategies and lifecycle asset planning.
• Apply RCA, FMEA and criticality analyses to drive sustainable improvements.
• Provide technical support during vintage operations to maximise plant reliability.
