Pact Packaging Hamilton is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance function, driving a transition from reactive to preventative and predictive maintenance. You will improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and develop a high-performing team to support operational excellence across the site.

Competenze

• Proven technical maintenance leadership in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Reliability Engineering; EWRB EAS-EST accreditation advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead a safe and compliant maintenance function with health, safety, quality, environmental, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute preventative/predictive maintenance strategies to maximise asset reliability and efficiency.
• Drive reliability improvements and lead root cause investigations to reduce downtime and costs.
• Oversee site services, buildings, infrastructure, and compliance for critical plant and utilities.
