Job summary

Pact Packaging Hamilton is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will lead the site maintenance function, driving reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness to support operational performance.

You will implement preventative and predictive maintenance, manage planning systems like MEX/SAP, lead a high-performing team, and partner across functions to deliver continuous improvement and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing with safety focus.
• Expert in preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems like MEX or SAP.
• Budgeting, procurement, and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, compliant maintenance function across site operations.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee engineering procurement, spares, and budgets.
• Lead continuous improvement and capital projects.
• Manage site services, buildings, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team for excellence.
