We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Reliability Analytics Manager to lead the development of our reliability analytics capability and help shape data-driven decision making across our electricity network. This is a 12-month fixed term role to cover parental leave.
As Reliability Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of Powerco's reliability analytics strategy, ensuring data, insights, and analysis are translated into actions that improve network reliability, asset performance, and regulatory outcomes. You'll combine strong technical analytics expertise with people leadership, guiding a small team while partnering closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Asset Management, Operations, Planning, Regulatory, and Leadership teams.
This role is responsible for driving innovation in analytics, establishing reliable data and reporting practices, delivering meaningful insights, and championing the use of advanced analytics to support investment prioritisation and operational decision making. You'll also represent Powerco in industry forums and help ensure we remain at the forefront of reliability and performance analytics.
You'll be an experienced people leader with a passion for turning data into business outcomes. You can comfortably move between technical analytics discussions and engaging with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive change.
