You’ll collaborate with internal teams, promote digital tools, uphold compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high service standards and customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills with advisers, customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgement and decisions using available information and guidelines.
• High attention to detail and consistently accurate work.
• Experience in customer service, contact centres, financial services or insurance is a plus.

• Resolve adviser enquiries and operational issues proactively, ensuring timely outcomes and high service standards.
