Qualifications

• Experience in case management and rehabilitation or reintegration disciplines.
• Ability to produce clear reports for management and parole processes.
• Ability to work safely in a correctional environment.
• Knowledge of and experience engaging with Maori and Pacific peoples, their families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end case management from initial assessment to release planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with external agencies, families and staff to support rehabilitation outcomes.
• Prepare written reports for the New Zealand Parole Board.
