Job summary

Auckland Council's Building Consents team is seeking a Team Leader Regulatory Support to lead a nine-person team and ensure end-to-end processing of CCC and CPU applications.

You will drive service levels, quality audits, and staff development, while promoting continuous improvement and customer-centric delivery across regulatory processes. This role requires strong leadership and at least seven years in business administration or regulatory environments.
