Job summary

The Doctors Kerikeri is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly, growing team in a full-time role offering great work-life balance and the chance to make a real difference in our local community.

This permanent position is 24-32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends. You will work alongside our GPs and clinical team to provide patient-centred care and ensure smooth practice operations.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a current NZ practising certificate.
• Experience in General Practice desirable but entry welcomed.
• Team player who enjoys collaborative work.
• Authorised vaccinator training an advantage; training provided if needed.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, positive approach.
• Commitment to supporting community health and wellbeing.

About the role

As a Practice Nurse at The DoctorsKerikeri, you’ll work closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. This is a varied role where teamwork, initiative, and strong community focus are valued.

• A registered nurse with a current NZ practising certificate

• Authorised vaccinator and smear taker an advantage, however the successful applicant will be provided all the necessary training
