Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Hawke's Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse - Respiratory to provide high-quality nursing care for patients with respiratory conditions within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - Respiratory, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and whānau, using your clinical knowledge to assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based care. You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with a range of respiratory conditions while promoting safety, independence, and wellbeing.

Your day to day will involve clinical assessments, care planning, patient education, and ongoing evaluation of care. You’ll also contribute to a positive team environment, support the development of others, and engage in continuous professional development. This is an opportunity to build your capability in a specialist area while contributing to improving patient outcomes.

About the Team/Service/Location

Our Ward A1 team at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital provides specialist respiratory care within a supportive and team-focused environment. You’ll be working alongside experienced nurses and multidisciplinary clinicians committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
