Bupa Cedar Manor Care Home in Tauranga is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role. You will deliver high-quality clinical care across rest home, hospital or dementia settings, while aligning with Nursing Council competencies and delivering person-centered care.

• Shift Time: 2:45pm – 11:15pm/11pm to 7am
• Roster Pattern: Monday - Sunday

Bupa Cedar Manor Care Homeis located in central Tauranga and is well known for its distinctive Tudor-style architecture. This 92-bed care home offers rest home, hospital, and dementia care, as well as care suites.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents across rest home, hospital or psychogeriatric settings.

• You’ll deliver person-centred care aligned with Nursing Council of New Zealand competencies, ensuring residents’ wellbeing, dignity and safety while supporting their individual needs
• Success in this role looks like leading care delivery, embracing new care product innovations, and making clinical decisions while delivering safe, evidence-based care
• You will excel at building strong relationships with residents and whānau, while actively contributing to continuous quality improvement

What you’ll needto make it possible

• Identifies health changes early and acts to ensure safety
• Communicates effectively with residents, whānau, teams and providers
• Maintains clinical standards, accurate documentation and quality improvement
