Job summary

CHT Care Homes in New Zealand is seeking a senior healthcare leader to model clinical excellence, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement across its 21 homes. You will coach staff, support audits and performance assessments, and communicate effectively with residents and whānau to elevate care quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent planning, and a current NZ APC with eligibility to work in NZ.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of quality management systems.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Valid work visa or NZ residency/citizenship.
• Current NZ Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Concise reporting skills and computer literacy.
