Job summary

Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora - Southern in Queenstown is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across General Ward, ED and Outpatients. This varied role may include an on-call roster to support patient transfers.

We require 3+ years post-graduate nursing experience, current New Zealand Registration with APC, and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our Registered Nurses are responsible for providing a high standard of nursing care to all patients, using knowledge-based practise and a holistic nursing approach, in accordance with quality and legislative requirements. In this role you may also be part of an on-call roster to assist with transfers.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to utilise your previous nursing experience and gain new skills and knowledge working in General Ward, ED, and Outpatients from time to time.
