This is a permanent, part-time role,with rostered and rotating shifts across Monday to Sunday – mornings, afternoonsand nights. Shifts can be worked as 8- or 12-hour duration.
Our busy and well-equipped HDU/AAU providescritical care services for Wairau Hospital, including short term intensive careoften transferring patients to secondary or tertiary level ICUs. It is co-locatedwith our Emergency Department at Wairau Hospital.
As a RegisteredNurse working in HDU youwill:
Consideration will be given to nurseswith a background in medical or surgical nursing who can demonstrate theability to become competent in critical care.
The successful candidate must beeligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time ofapplying.
