Waiariki Whanau Mentoring Limited – Whakatane, North Island
The successful applicant will deliver safe and effective outreach immunisation services, build trusting relationships with whānau, tamariki and community partners, and provide clear and supportive immunisation education. You will help reduce barriers such as transport, access, hesitancy and mistrust, work independently while remaining connected to the wider clinical and hauora team, maintain accurate clinical records, vaccine documentation and reporting, follow standing orders, clinical policies, cold-chain requirements and professional nursing standards, and participate in community events, pop-up clinics and home-based outreach.
