Care on Call (NZ) Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Christchurch based clinical team, delivering in-home nursing reviews, assessments, training and vaccinations across a variety of settings. You will conduct interRAI assessments, develop care plans and support funding and case management.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
• At least three years' nursing experience in New Zealand.
• Experience in home-based, facility or DHB environments; community experience valued.

Skills and experience

• Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• At least three years' nursing experience in New Zealand, with well rounded nursing experience.
• Experience in home based, facility or DHB environments; community experience, particularly in home-based services or the disability sector, is valued.
• Confident working autonomously, with strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Competent computer skills.
