We’re looking for a confident, compassionate and proactive Registered Nurse to support people in Christchurch.
Community nursing gives you the opportunity to look beyond a diagnosis and understand the whole person.
You’ll have the time and autonomy to assess individual needs, develop meaningful care plans and work alongside service users, families and whānau to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You’ll also work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, allowing you to continue developing your skills and broaden your nursing experience.
As a Community Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in people’s homes and other community settings. You’ll take ownership of your caseload while working closely with our clinical team and a wider network of healthcare professionals.

You’ll be a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse who combines strong clinical skills with genuine compassion.
You enjoy building relationships with people, can work confidently on your own, and are equally comfortable collaborating with a wider healthcare team.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in complex wounds, burns, serious injury, compression therapy, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, IV therapy or clinical education would be highly advantageous.
