Job summary

Confident Learners Early Learning Centre in Auckland is seeking an experienced, registered ECE teacher to join our caring team. This role offers opportunities to grow professionally and take on leadership duties as you contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

You will hold a NZ ECE practising certificate, have solid experience in early childhood education, and implement Te Whāriki and play-based learning.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand ECE practising certificate.
• Solid experience in early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and play-based learning.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate learning experiences.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, whānau and colleagues.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Initiative, professionalism and willingness to mentor other teachers.
• Good understanding of licensing, health and safety, and compliance.
• Interest in developing leadership skills.
