Pinnacle is seeking an experienced administrator or coordinator to join as a regional workforce coordinator, supporting Te Manawa Taki’s region in workforce development.
You will provide administrative support, manage EOIs and funding processes, and coordinate access to training with multiple partners to improve health workforce outcomes.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator to join Pinnacle as a regional workforce coordinator, working closely with the Te Manawa Taki workforce alliance training hub and its regional partners.
You will play a key role in supporting a regionally coordinated workforce development programme, providing high-quality programme and administrative support to help health practitioners access training, workforce development funding and career pathway opportunities.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with PHOs, hauora providers, training providers, and community organisations, ensuring communication is culturally responsive and aligned to kaupapa Māori approaches.
This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2027 working 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE) with the potential for additional hours by agreement.
