Job summary

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi seeks an experienced transport professional to provide regional leadership on project development and delivery across Northland and Auckland. Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell a clear story to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide regional leadership across project development and delivery.
Advise regional managers and sponsors on risks, opportunities and stakeholder expectations.
Connect long-term system planning with the region’s infrastructure pipeline and delivery priorities.
Collaborate with regional leads to share insights and resolve cross-regional issues.
Represent the region in governance forums and drive alignment with delivery outcomes.
Lead or support communications, including briefings and updates.
