Gallagher is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Christchurch Branch, overseeing corporate, commercial and domestic broking teams. You will drive strategic growth, profitability and staff development while delivering excellent client outcomes.

You will coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and foster strong relationships with insurer partners to maintain Gallagher’s market leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams and managing change.
• Regulatory awareness and ability to communicate credibly with diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen with ability to grow client base.
• Excellent relationship building with insurer partners.
• Must hold NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Christchurch Branch including corporate, commercial and domestic broking teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance and high-quality client outcomes.
• Coach and develop staff and manage day-to-day operations.
