Gallagher is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Christchurch Branch, combining people leadership with strategic oversight to grow the business regionally and retain talent. You will be responsible for revenue, profits, client outcomes and staff engagement across corporate, commercial and domestic broking teams.

You will coach teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain strong insurer relationships, and drive improvements in efficiency and customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and insurers.
