Randstad is seeking an Intelligence Analyst, Regional to support WorkSafe New Zealand in turning data into actionable regulatory insights. You will work with frontline inspectors and regional leaders to identify risks and deliver intelligence products that guide targeting and regulatory action.

You will analyse diverse sources, produce clear reports and dashboards, and build strong relationships with inspectors and stakeholders to inform decisions and drive safer workplaces.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative information to generate insights.
• Strong critical thinking with incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Proven ability to write clear, structured intelligence reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyse regional data to identify risks and trends.
• Develop intelligence products to support regulatory targeting.
• Translate findings into practical, actionable intelligence.
• Build relationships with inspectors and stakeholders.
• Provide timely intelligence for regional regulatory activities.
