Job summary

Seipp Construction Ltd seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major civil infrastructure projects in the Lower North Island region. The role combines project delivery with growing Seipp’s regional business and client relationships across multiple disciplines.

You will oversee safety, quality and programme while mentoring teams and pursuing new opportunities to build a robust regional pipeline.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand.
• Strong commercial and financial-management capability.
• Practical construction knowledge and sound technical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil infrastructure projects from tender handover through to completion.
• Maintain oversight of project budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations and claims.
• Administer contracts and protect Seipp’s commercial position.
• Lead planning and delivery across civil, mechanical and specialist disciplines.
• Build senior relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers and site teams.
• Identify commercial, technical and delivery risks early.
• Contribute to tendering, client engagement and new-business development.
