Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years work experience in accounts payable.
• High level of computer and numerical literacy, with proficiency in accounting/finance software and Excel.
• Effective people and relationship management skills.
• Good at problem solving and working toward resolving issues.
• Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Experience in accounts payable and credit card management for a large and complex organisation.
• Processing purchase orders.
• Processing staff expense claims and ensuring Finance Policies are adhered to.
• Dealing with internal staff and external customers to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Work well under pressure and able to prioritise workload.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to creditors.
