About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a great team working in a collaborative environment here at Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley. We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to recruit for non‑clinical and support service vacancies across the district. You will be working alongside awesome recruiters who will train, mentor and guide you through the world of health recruitment. This is a full‑time, fixed term contract ending 05/02/2027 – this could be a secondment opportunity.

About the Team/Service/Location

Recruitment manages all non‑clinical and clinical vacancies across Hutt Valley, Wellington, Porirua & the Kapiti coast. We are a close‑knit team, supportive, competitive and loud; you will hear us before you reach our office! Salary

Salary SP 16 $84,300.00

About you

This role would suit someone with an understanding of recruitment processes, proven experience processing high volume recruitment requests and the use of job boards such as Springboard and Ready Employ. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in recruitment in a healthcare environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a great sense of humour are essential. You'll understand how recruitment timelines work, the level of support hiring manager's needs, and can prioritise and deliver excellent service to internal and external shareholders.
