Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health or related social services with complex needs.
• Ability to stay grounded and maintain boundaries in emotionally demanding work.
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations with clients and families.
• Ability to collaborate across services, providers and agencies to support recovery.
• Commitment to cultural awareness and equitable service delivery.
• Demonstrated resilience and professional boundaries in challenging scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recovery support across whānau, providers and agencies for clients with complex mental injuries.
• Support clients through sensitive trauma experiences with careful case management.
• Maintain sound judgments in fast-paced, high-pressure situations while safeguarding wellbeing.
