Job summary

ACC is seeking a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery to be the primary contact for clients requiring ongoing support due to complex injuries. You will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support clients toward greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work.

This role emphasizes equitable, client-centred outcomes across diverse whānau and providers. You will work Monday to Friday with no weekends or public holidays, in a collaborative team

About the role

Mō te tūranga mahi As a Recovery Coordinator within Supported Recovery, you will be the primary point of contact for clients requiring ongoing support due to the complexity or sensitivity of their injury and individual circumstances. Working alongside clients, whānau, providers and employers, you will coordinate rehabilitation plans, remove barriers to recovery and support clients to achieve greater independence and, where appropriate, return to work. Your role will directly contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between while helping people achieve meaningful recovery outcomes. Level 1 and Level 2 Recovery Coordinator roles

Level 1 is suited to candidates who demonstrate capability and potential while continuing to build their Injury Rehabilitation Case Management practice.

Level 2 is generally suited to candidates with a minimum of two years' Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience who can demonstrate experienced case management capability and professional judgement.

Candidates will be assessed during the recruitment process to determine the appropriate appointment level based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience.

Appointments may be made at either Level 1 or Level 2 depending on your skills, experience, and demonstrated capability.

Level1 / Level 2 Appointment Assessment Appointment level will be determined through the recruitment process based on demonstrated capability and Injury Rehabilitation Case Management experience.

Salary and Benefits

• Level 1 $70,000 - $89,932 or Level 2, $77502 - $103,336
